As a PCOS diagnosed patient from more than 8 years, I have always struggled with weight gain and other pcos symptoms. i have been hitting the gym since years but never ever lost good amount of weight as it is quite a bit of challenge to lose weight to those who are suffering from PCOS.
I have always thought of consulting a nutritionist and follow a good diet but never approached to one as I was a bit scared for not being consistent and also never followed a diet before. Then, I met my beloved nutritionist Dharani, and explained her about my body weight issues I’m going through since years. She listened to me, talked about it and gave me a budget- friendly diet plan which helped me lose 3kgs in one month.
Dharani has been very helpful throughout my diet plan and the most important thing I want to share is that she made me feel comfortable in talking about what I did not like about the diet plan. She listened to me and replaced a couple of items with an alternative. In that way, I never felt like I was giving up eating something I didn’t like. Just think about how it feels to lose weight without stressing yourself about the food you have on your plate that you don’t like to eat. I never thought I would be this consistent in following a diet. I feel energetic, healthy within, good skin and most importantly, confident! And I should say that consistency is the key and a huge support from her helped me a lot in my journey.

Hey - apparently yea i have lost weight even after eating much which is great, but yea the first day is always the hardest for the meal preps but once we get used to its easier. he change in the diet every week and the alternatives are really good.im still trying to stay away from coffee .All good – thanks
